This is the most widely known form of massage, and its primary goal is to relax the entire body. The strokes are very light, gentle, long, circular strokes.
Hybrid Massage ($120 and $140)
Hybrid Massage combines the benefits of relaxing Swedish massage strokes with focused medium to deep tissue pressure on a few specific problem areas.

Deep Tissue Massage ($150 and $165)
Deep tissue massage therapy uses slow strokes and deeper pressure to release chronic muscle tension. It focuses on the deepest layers of muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, and joints).
Foot Facial (30 minutes): $40 Includes foot wash, salt or sugar scrub, mask, hot towel wrap, and massage.
